Refund policy

At REHLA, we strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. However, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel a scheduled lesson. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Students are eligible for a refund if they cancel a scheduled lesson at least 24 hours before the lesson's start time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time are not eligible for a refund.

2. How to Cancel a Lesson

  • To cancel a lesson, log into your account on REHLA and navigate to the "My Lessons" section.
  • Select the lesson you wish to cancel and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.

3. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed automatically after you cancel a lesson at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • No refunds will be provided for lessons canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.
  • Refunds are not available for completed lessons, regardless of the student’s satisfaction with the lesson.
  • Any technical issues or disruptions during the lesson that are not reported to our support team within 1 hours after the lesson's completion will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Exceptions

  • In exceptional cases, such as emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, REHLA may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund or reschedule the lesson even if the cancellation was made within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
